Progress tracker — Track the changes

Change is often gradual — barely noticeable day to day. But when you look back after 4 or 8 weeks, you may be surprised! A progress journal helps you see the big picture, stay motivated, and share results with your vet if needed.

Why track progress?

Most owners say after 3-4 weeks: "I don't see big changes." But when they check their journal, they find that scratching dropped from 8 to 4, stools are more formed, and the coat is softer. Gradual improvement is the best kind — because it lasts.

What to record daily

It does not need to be complicated — 1 minute is enough! Track these 4 things daily:

  • Scratching intensity (1-10 scale): 1 = no scratching at all, 10 = almost constant
  • Stool consistency (1-5 scale): 1 = very loose, 3 = perfectly formed, 5 = too hard
  • Appetite: Good / Fair / Poor
  • Energy level: Active / Normal / Low

Tip: Keep it simple

A daily entry can be as simple as: "S:6 St:3 A:good E:active — scratched ears less today." That takes 10 seconds but is invaluable after 90 days.

What to record weekly

Take a deeper look once a week:

  • Skin condition: Redness, irritation, hot spots? Improved or unchanged?
  • Coat condition: Shiny? Soft? Shedding? Regrowth?
  • Special events: New food, stress, weather change, medication change
  • Photo: Take one photo per week from the same angle of the problem area

Photos are the best evidence

Our eyes deceive us because we see our pets every day. But comparing a week 1 photo with week 8 — the difference can be dramatic. Photograph under the same lighting, from the same angle.

When to evaluate

There are 3 key evaluation points during the 90-day program:

  • Week 4: Has digestion stabilized? Any positive changes, even small ones?
  • Week 8: Has scratching decreased? Has skin/coat improved? Compare photos.
  • Week 12 (day 90): Full comparison with starting condition. Continue with maintenance dose, or use the 90-day money-back guarantee.
